Screenshots of conversation: I know seller for long time, I bought alot of stuff from him, recently I purchased more than 400 keys of adobe at 10$, the issue came for 367 keys where it says it is refunded to adobe,

He told me he will refund by monday today if his supplier can't replace, I just found that he left the chat and deleted everything,

@Danz as you can see he promises that any code you have problems with in the future will be refunded. This means you can rest easy after selling them because you are backed. You can continue selling the unsold codes, and if there are issues in the future, you just have to contact him. 

Thank you, I see it is accaptable solution,

I asked my buyer to send me the money back for the codes he redeemed but no reply yet, he won the case ofcourse!

That makes 0 sense, if anything you sell them and then if they cause problems you replace them..? Why would you remove all the codes just because 1 of them got revoked. 

You also never said anything about the dispute, so how would he know you had to settle anything with the customer? It looks like your customer contacted you about the issue and you were resolving it. He solved it, even if it seems like he shouldn't have, in an acceptable way, because if he were able to replace the code, he would have been told to do so.

 

 

I will keep this open for a week, and anything that happens, whether with this code or others, you can message me in the future and I will reopen this thread.

after the dispute, I reached out to customer to try to solve it, but customer wanted me to give him the solution, when he applied the codes without telling anyone, the dispute went under review and it is till now.

 

I hope you get why am not happy with his resolve!

 

Also per experience, one code of his getting revoked mostly means some of his may cause the issue, hence I dont want them, many other supplier's codes never gave an issue before, I would just switch and save our future time here.

This will be closed when the situation that caused the report is resolved, if you have any problems with his codes in the future we can reopen this within 5 minutes. We are not going to have a scam report open for 1 year just to be ''safe''. You are a reseller and you understand how reselling works, you are responsible with and for your customers and he is responsible with and for you. Imagine all your customers said "well, even if he replaces the code, I want to keep the PP dispute until september 2022 just to be safe" this makes 0 sense whatsoever. He was responsive from the start of the dispute and it will be considered as resolved when the problem that initiated the dispute gets sorted. If you have other problems in the future, it will be considered a new scam report. We are not going to leave this open indefinitely just in case you have problems in months.

If you want to keep this open for a week, that's fine. However, it makes no sense, and we will reopen this report if the issues are unresolved. This will motivate him to resolve the issues that happen in the future with you instead of letting them escalate to a new report. 

Let's keep it open for a week please,

 

@Lucas, he should have given me the replacment codes and I offer it to my buyer in order to cancel the dispute or to pay me back for new codes if he wants them, 

 

Above said, I really don't want the rest of his codes, if issue happen with one, it could be more laters, I have many unsold from him and moved them to buttom of the list when the issue happened.

According to what he provided, it was bought by the same person. As you can see from the beginning, he did not want to talk directly with me to solve the problem easily and quickly. Just because I was slow to respond within 24 hours, he reported that I scammed him. He just posted them on here and waited for your participation while the person he most needed to talk to was me. He mostly ignored my attempts to help.

The last time I contacted him was on September 6th, and he did not want to reply to me. Instead, he still posted them here and waiting for your participation.

And this problem is caused by a few codes, but he accuses me of scamming him for $140 (all those codes)?

He needs to be more professional in communicating and solving problems.

I messaged you first and not responded for while,

My proposal is to give you unsold codes back, I just don't want the headache, I think that pretty fair,

You show the message where you said thank you at end, I don't know what to respond to that, you also added message after that message to scam report hence I replied here with the photos,

Being professional is you deciding the solution and applying codes without asking anyone about the status, I asked refund for those codes and get your other codes back at start, even Lucas told you refund but you went ahead without consulting anyone.

As per Lucas meditation, will keep this open untill all codes are sold and the period of the subscription is over to be safe (or maybe close it and communicate directly with if any issues, will need fast response).

I wish he told me he would do that, that customer PayPal dispute me and the case is under review now, so he out me in situation to retrieve my money,

This also doesn't guarantee that his new codes will last or the other codes sold.

I had adobe supscription yearly long ago and got burned, it will always show blank, am sure him checking that is invalid, he should just message customer care from his account and get over with it.

I am sure that in order to get a refund, and to prove his part, he will be okay with providing the account. Considering the account is dead and banned. I don't see why he wouldn't. 

Account credentials provided long ago, he is asking me the invoice of my buyer previous purchases for some reason, I did ask my buyer, but it feels like it is going for loops

Contact the seller and provide what he is requesting. 

he is requesting my client credentials, I will ask my buyer for that, but I doubt he will give their account fully, 

I will try my best, I am sure my buyer wont make this up, I even offer him to replace me with other product and take unused codes by me (this offer out of table for the hassle he is giving).

Please provide any info required by the seller in order to fix this. 

He is chatting with me on TG now .. will ask the customer to provide more proof although the screen shot is pretty clear and follows adobe guidelines of revoking codes.

@Frostbite26 he bought 16 codes from me and redeemed all of them and hasn't had any problems since July 8. I can provide more proof from customers who have purchased from me.

All these codes are from Microsoft and my previous customers have purchased them and have never had this problem.

 

I think this problem comes from @Danz customer account and not from my codes.

 

I have checked and confirmed the customer claim to be valid, he received the geniun email from adobe :(
