This also doesn't guarantee that his new codes will last or the other codes sold.
If the other codes sold happen to have issues that will be resolved when it happens, a replacement is more than acceptable as a resolution, whether it's to PP or anything else, so if there's a dispute and the dispute is regarding the code he purchased, it would be resolved as a replacement was given.
You should have told him a dispute was made and it would have been much smoother to resolve it. As I said, a replacement code is more than a fair resolution.
