I am sure that in order to get a refund, and to prove his part, he will be okay with providing the account. Considering the account is dead and banned. I don't see why he wouldn't. 

Account credentials provided long ago, he is asking me the invoice of my buyer previous purchases for some reason, I did ask my buyer, but it feels like it is going for loops

I can't understand how he wants to solve this, while he doesn't want to respond to me directly through Telegram since you asked him to provide what I asked for. I need a screenshot of the email from adobe sent to his customer, the purchase invoice, anything that can confirm that his customer has purchased the subscription legally instead of a screenshot about the narration because they didn't provide any clarity for me find the solution.

 

He needs to be proactive in communicating with me directly instead of ignoring my messages.

I signed in to that account, and it's blank, with no invoice and no billing info, unlike what he described that his client bought a subscription before.

@Danz hes asking about the account because you said that your client told you that he had purchased legitimate months / years from adobe which got revoked from his account along with this. If that is true he should have an email confirming the subscription he had which he was paying for legitimately.

So he never purchased the subscription before, this is what you're saying? Why did he say he had the subscription before and it got revoked with the codes you sold? 

@zz00mm in any case, if the codes he bought from you were revoked, you are liable for them. You can contact customer support and find out by yourself. This is your responsibility as a seller. You have the account where they got claimed and evidence they got revoked from the buyer and his buyer as well. Now it's your turn.

I wish he told me he would do that, that customer PayPal dispute me and the case is under review now, so he out me in situation to retrieve my money,

This also doesn't guarantee that his new codes will last or the other codes sold.
