1) If he happens to lose the dispute you will have to refund him for the key you claimed without authorization as it was your choice to claim it without his consent.

2) You should refund him for the keys he has not sold which are still valid because you are unreliable to provide assistance if / when it should be needed.

 

The evidence suggests you are trying to close this quickly and not reading the facts or trying to resolve the problems for your customer.

Okay, that is acceptable only under the strict condition that if there are issues with the keys after they are sold, you provide a full refund and not a replacement for the keys. If you agree, then I can tell @Danz to continue selling them knowing there is less risk.

And if the problem happens, he has to talk to me directly via Telegram and provide what I ask for, not open a scam report and make me wait and lose time. As you have seen, the problem is stretched for more than 10 days just because of 4 codes while being able to talk to me directly through telegram and solve the problem in just 1-2 days.

I asked my buyer to send me the money back for the codes he redeemed but no reply yet, he won the case ofcourse!
