I am producing some stuff for around 2 years already. Although progressive is not my style, I recommend doing as much stuff as you can and focus a bit more on mixing and mastering sounds (there's plenty of tutorials on the internet) than the melody. First thing that comes to mind when listening to that piece is that the frequencies in all parts of the song are pretty much the same - this means you don't work with listeners emotions as there is not much excitement building before the drop and the drop itself doesn't feel 'hard' enough - it's just not dropping because the build up sounds very similar, except for the kicks. And this is the second main problem - it's hard to tell what part of the song I'm listening to right now - like drop, or build, or breakdown, whatever. I'd suggest:
1) Read or watch some tutorials on mix/master,
2) next time you create a song pick one of your favorite songs of your favorite artist, put it in FL Studio on the playlist and try to recreate the structure with your own melody and samples, it'll teach you on the structure might also give you some idea on cutting the frequencies.
