Try drinking a lot of water and also add protein to your diet. Do some cardio and get plenty of rest too

cut down your sugar, do some gym, eat fish instead of other kind of meat I guess ~~

Change your diet and integrate more exercise in your daily life. I understand it's fucking hard to motivate yourself to go to the gym but if you instead just walk instead of car / bus / whatever it will help you a lot together with a good diet you'll see changes without feeling like you're really doing anything.
