I don't think Nike it's getting harder and they will not get anytime soon because of their orientation for good customer support.
I've ordered 2 pairs and received them in 2 different boxes, different days. In this case it's kinda hard to refund both of them so I just told them I received just one pair and SEd them through their "investigation" and I got refunded both pairs in the final.
