can you use some funds to hire a lawyer to make sure that theres no way back in for you?
In case of an investigation by any federal entity or similar, I do not have any involvement with this group or with the people in it, I do not know how i am here, probably added by a third party, I do not support any actions by the member of this group

I am calling my lawyers again tmrw. Sadly there's not much I can do but I have to think carefully now... sadly I have signed alot of papers, even the CEO does not have much power a time like that

you can't do business if you never trust people... this is why you should pick people very very carefully... i dont know anymore who to trust
how old you was when u made the company?

"Reverse founders vesting" sounds something to avoid
it's to give insurance to the investors that the founder will not just leave or stop working. usually it's like 75% not 95% though
sounds like to me he was unable to create enough value for some reason and not as many people wanted to purchase whatever he was selling, so he got removed.
I'm not sure that being removed is the same as leaving. but then again I am not a contract lawyer so don't quote me on anything

I do completely understand the logic behind the clause... my cause is "good leaver" and not a "bad leaver". I can try selling my shares but no one will buy them since they can all get them almost free with the reverse vesting clause.
