I have started eating less and only drinking water but still nothing has changed i only eat 3 meals a day and 0 snacks
Don't go for any of these fad diets that say you'll lose weight fast. They're either not healthy or you'll only lose "water weight" which is where the amount of water in your body goes down, thus reducing weight, but the second you eat normally again your body replenishes all the water it needed and you gain all the weight back. It is not a quick thing to lose weight the right way, but you're on the right track. Exercise of any form is key, even if it's just walking a couple miles. Eating smaller portions more often is also said to be a good route, so make those three meals smaller but add in healthy snacks as well. Eating less fat and carbs and more protein and vegetables can help but you still need fat and carbs for your body to function properly, so just use moderation and consume the recommended amounts per day rather than not eating any. If you stick with it you'll slowly lose weight, which is exactly how your body healthily loses weight. Any sudden weight loss is not good and if it happens without some ridiculous diet can actually mean you may be sick. Hopefully this helps.
