Meh, those who scam are going to abuse it and make Lucas go insane in the scam reporting section

Meh, those who scam are going to abuse it and make Lucas go insane in the scam reporting section
1. Users who have DWC tag are not able to use this feature
2. Staff can lift ban
3. If it gets abused for example in that kind of case you mentioned => perm ban

Makes sense now. But I guess, Finn does not want user to get away, he wants us addicted if you think about it from a business side. Idk
