I lost a bunch of weight but still look fat as fuck because of low testosterone.

Intermittent Fasting is the WEIGH to go.. :P

 

Seriously though, I tried it last year and lost 15lbs in two months. My hormones were blowing a hole through my bedsheets. I lift weights and was actually surprised that I was gaining strength while fasting. My mind was clearer. It sounds crazy but true!
