Hey guys I just started losing weight.
I have watched numerous videos on counting macros. Some explained that I should count 1 gram of carbs and protein as 4 calories and 1 gram of fats for 9 calories. So should 100 gram of rice be equal to 400 calories?

fastest way is to go on a water diet for a couple of days then slowly start eating a little bit, and best of luck dude! hope you achieve what you want! try your hardest

Water diet, GM diet are all fad.. helps you lose weight but that's temporary as it's water weight.. Look into Keto and Intermittent Fasting
