Nord is shit. Use Private Internet Access. It's been proven in court twice they don't log. Or, just run Brave browser and it has a built in option to open private tor windows. Or if you're chinese I'd recommend looking up shadowsocks.

If you care a lot about privacy then NordVPN is good but servers are not that fast. I get a really slow speed with them. If you don't do anything illegal and just want to stop your ISP spying on you then you can get ExpressVPN or IPVanish or something like that, they are really fast.
