Amazon just fucked me can someone help?

I`ve bought and phone from amazon. The first 1 arrived broken i sent it back with a 110$ shipping cost. they refudend that after me arguing with them for 3 days. first they didn`t refund the shipping fee. than they only refunded 15 than 110$. Orderd a new phone broken again and they wont return the import the the price of the phone. Talked to 2 representatives.

What can i do?
