So when Lucas asks people in his SIGNATURE to PM him to confirm deals or whatever, that means that everyone is his boss? Or his friends? If you are giving people an upgrade from v1 to v2 and he purchased v1 then he should get v2. It doesn't matter if he used it or not. I told you to either provide the product/service or a refund and you decided to give him the product. If he decided to put it on hold that's on him, but when you give your customers an upgrade from v1 to v2 you must include him as well as he is a customer and he did pay for v1.
