Technically, they're an American company right? So couldn't they use that as an advantage when it comes to laws? Like, "Hey, you're using an American site therefore American laws only apply here"

 

Well I don't know shit of american laws, but shouldn't there be stuff like: "If you buy a product you should be allowed to test it, if it doesn't work the producer has to take it back?". Or VolksWagen diesel shitstorm, they were forced to take all the cars back.

 

I think there are american laws on online shopping thats why PP is having these features

Paypal should allow its users to able to disable or enable charge backs on certain domains and then when people buy stuff or send money it will warn them.
