Paypal should allow its users to able to disable or enable charge backs on certain domains and then when people buy stuff or send money it will warn them.

 

That would be a nice idea. If they're doing a manual payment, you could tell them to send the money as personal payment and if they don't comply, they just don't get what they paid for

paypal would do it, but most laws in countries just don't allow it. European laws allow online buyers a shitton of stuff like returning to product without reason for half an year.

Technically, they're an American company right? So couldn't they use that as an advantage when it comes to laws? Like, "Hey, you're using an American site therefore American laws only apply here"
