Make sure to provide proof where he claims it's his Skype account.

charge back him. PayPal doesnt protect sellers selling virtual items.If it's f&f payment however then call up PayPal and explain the situation.

3 days ago I sold this guy an account, I confirmed his email change request here below, He paid I gave him the account I didn't answer him on skype because I don't use skype I offered to use skype on a latter time due to him not answering me at my request to talk via discord, I don't even have skype installed I used web.skype I want pstopman to post the entire convo, because u will see that I never blocked/deleted I gave him the account asked if he had any problems it was all good before i got off skype simple as that
