Mega accounts with bitcoin

Hi guys i have a problem  , i found a mega.zn account with bitcoin and things , and i don't know what to do with serials or addres and things.. May one of you guys help me out on what should i find or do to get $$

Not really , i found like wallet back up .zip , litecoin password recovery and things like this bitcoin back up .zip
EDIT: it's maybe a trash account but i still wanna to see what should i do when i find a really good account
