The balance is not guaranteed to stay in your account forever, the owner probably contacted amazon right after he saw his balance disappear.

I remember when I did transfers to my account from cracked and it got locked too, Amazon probably took some time and investigated ur acc and they probably saw too many transfers which is where they got suspicious and they eventually locked ur account.
