Best to get some professional help. But you what you can do to yourself is taking some time for yourself, try meditation, make a walk in the forest. Anything which will calm your mind for a bit will help ;)

try not to stress, if you do get some vitamin b12, its good also instead of that, get some fresh fruits after an early morning brisk walk.

I agree with @Weni! Depression is a complex state. Traveling helps and you do not need huge amount of money. I was broke, depressed and I new that the only way forward was to leave toxic life behind and go away. I got temporary jobs, slept on sofas, traveled the world. In the end I healed.
