If you were clear since the beginning instead of threatening and saying you have reported me straight away, when I never said I wouldn’t pay. Maybe things could have gone a different way.

Having an account after checking out vs before checking outand attempting the refund is much easier. So I gave you the option to cancel it instead so I can retry with you having an account and make my life easier. You proceeded with creating the account knowing that he would get a refund due to having an account, and the refund was approved by the agent over the phone having being on the phone for over 5 hours. I went into the call knowing what he told me, that you did NOT have an account. That is the only reason I agree to call and cancel for a 5% cancellation fee. So who is the scammer now? 

 

Not only did you waste my time and scam me, you got paid 500 EUR to do it by the booking site. If the forum rules protect scammers like you, then I think they need to be revised. Ultimately is the forum owner decision, what he decides goes.
