I bought a hotel refund from this seller, after chatting with him on telegram he told me he wouldn’t be able to refund it. Therefore I asked him if he could cancel the reservation by any chance and he agreed on doing so for 5%. After one day I told him he could proceed to cancel, just after that I booked with another seller another stay.

He ends up refunding me the stay, even though he told me he would cancel it, he was expecting me to pay 60% refund fee but told him I need to cancel the reservation and it’s ok for me to pay the cancel fee.

Instead he calls the hotel doxxes me as fraud and tells me I won’t be able to go that hotel ever even though I usually go there and have my rewards account with them.

@RefundersSlave communication with your customer goes a long way. If you made a verbal agreement that you would cancel, and he accepted it, and you did too, at that point he only has to pay the cancellation fee.

No customer should be threatened, told lies about their reservation or about their life, for that matter.

You will keep a DWC tag for 7 days, and the customer has to pay the cancellation fee which you both agreed.

I deleted the conversation as I consider this to be issue to be closed. I already paid you.

 

Also because you started sending personal information about me as a threat to keep doxxing me and I don't want that to stay on telegram nor your phone.

Lol I never dox or threaten to dox you. You just kept making assumptions and I said "Sure". 

I only said your blacklisted from the hotel so you don't try to checkin that's about it. You got a refund, and never paid for it. You knew not having an account would result in a refund, but rather cancellation. Yes you proceeded to make the account to get the refund.

In the long run is your loss, but do enjoy your stay.

If you were clear since the beginning instead of threatening and saying you have reported me straight away, when I never said I wouldn’t pay. Maybe things could have gone a different way.
