No I did not create a fake account. If I did what is the point of me going to refund you now? Just use your brain. Provide proof of payment and I will refund. You can PM me proof of payment (which is simply blockchain explorer this is public information so what your saying makes 0 sense). I don't know who you are, you need to provide proof of payment so I can look at my history and check what service you used and how much you paid.

1. Look at your files for a sum of 242.4€ or 0.0107268 BTC, So there I paid you 60% of the reservation, do we agree ? It's in your terms of service on telegram, don't try to lie.
2. So if 242.4 is equal to 60% of the total sum, so the total is 404.

 

In summary, you failed to refund the reservation, so I had to pay 400€ at the hotel when I had already paid you 242€, do we agree ? Don't try to lie, I have all the evidence.
Then you promised me you'd fix it, that you'd pay me back.
But you decided to block me from everywhere like a coward...

The amount of damage that you have caused, and that you had promised to reimburse one day before blocking me, therefore amounts to exactly €637.18

By giving you the exact amount of the transaction, you now really know what I'm talking about. You have no more excuses.

First of all, your over your head if you believe I am going to pay you for hotel based on a refund service I was offering for hotels.  If a refund fails, you simply get the money you paid to me back. Your also over your head if you think I am going to scam you for $200 when I make a lot more daily. If I were to do an “exit scam” first it would not be possible since I only accept payment after service and second it would be for a lot more. You used the hotel as expected and simply just paid full price.

Second of all, when you visited the hotel you were able to check in in France without paying anything what so ever (at this point is when you paid me since my service are paid after service is delivered). Any hotel in Europe that I know of won't allow you to check-in without paying first for your hotel (due to that fact that you can simply walk out on the day your supposed to check out). I can’t prove that you did not stay without paying so I am agreeing to the amount you paid.

You will have to pay the sum of 637€, in France, there are advances when you pay a hotel, deposit fees, that's why the sum you made me lose is a total of 637 €. There's no other way out, you just assumed you ripped me off.

I ask @Lucas to banish you from the forum if you refuse to pay the total amount of the damage you have caused, you have committed yourself by offering this service to reimburse me for hotel nights, and you have re-committed with me promising that you would reimburse me when your reimbursement failed and I had to pay 400€ more at the hotel. 
It's not you who decides anymore, you robbed me and now you're going to pay dirty thief.

I'm sorry but he only has to refund the amount you paid. Unless he agreed to pay for damages, and you have proof of it. He can't pay for damages, or additional costs when all he offered was a booking. If the booking got cancelled, he refunds what you paid for the service and not the payment you made to the hotel. 

If you have evidence that he agreed to pay you additional for the damages, please send it to me (it was not included in the pictures you provided as evidence) I can only judge that of which I have proof and that's the transaction that took place. 

 

 

 

@RefundersSlave you had the chance to ask for evidence, weeks ago. You decided to block him and not respond to his requests. He has a charge by the hotel, on the day of check out, and that is the only evidence we have which proves he was forced to pay and has to be reimbursed.

 

Also, you refunded an impersonator. You have to refund the money to the address posted on the MAIN POST and not anywhere else.

I have done hundreds of refunds/vouches for hotels and flights, and never have I had a claim open against me. No hotel or flight that I heard of requires you to pay “after check-out”. The booking was never cancelled, and he checked in without being asked for any payment information. If he has a charge, it can be a charge for anything (such as room service, his friends’ room, or simply photoshop receipt). Either way I don’t really care at this point since is a low amount there is no point in fighting this. I have refunded him the full amount that he paid me:

I wish that worked. Once the chat is gone, it’s impossible to retrieve it. You had to export it before it was deleted or at least taken pictures of the promises that are not stated anywhere.

Telegram does not, by default, save transcripts of your chats.

therefore the only way for the chats to be “on a hard drive” is if you saved the exports of the conversation which you clearly did not do, or else you would have used THAT as evidence for this scam report and not just pictures taken by you, during your chats.
