@Lucas no, we only verify the business docs since it is a business account.
They are now asking him for the business owner ID.
I said I can give the person informations so he can handle the ID with it, otherwise I can’t help. I have already refunded the account price which I shouldn’t if I would help with anything and which I should get back as there is no warranty for the account.
I clearly stated once I refunded him that he have to handle the Id thing and the refund from wise side.
This is taking so much time and hope it gets resolved soon as it is already ruining my business.
I am asking you to guide him and help him perform it, he will take care of the costs, but you will have to help him and guide him on how to properly get it done and submit the correct information so he does get his funds back.
