@Lucas no, we only verify the business docs since it is a business account.
They are now asking him for the business owner ID.
I said I can give the person informations so he can handle the ID with it, otherwise I can’t help. I have already refunded the account price which I shouldn’t if I would help with anything and which I should get back as there is no warranty for the account.

I clearly stated once I refunded him that he have to handle the Id thing and the refund from wise side.

This is taking so much time and hope it gets resolved soon as it is already ruining my business.

 

I am asking you to guide him and help him perform it, he will take care of the costs, but you will have to help him and guide him on how to properly get it done and submit the correct information so he does get his funds back.

Getting the ID / selfie would be on you, he will give you all details needed, you can send him the ID before uploading it so that he confirms it’s correct.

You can also contact wise and ask them to revert the transfer back to the original payment method which shouldn’t really require you to verify anything.

Me getting someone to fake an ID would be more work than it should.

 

You can just close the report at this point it's more time consuming than the actual worth.

 

This should just be a reminder that the provider's accounts aren't sturdy and should change his thumbnail since it's part-lie.
