So initially when I first bought, banana sent me a transferwise business account but with a fake login to the second phone number so after a day later since he's unresponsive even though he's on, he sent me a new account which did login and have business. I've deposited $500 from my prepaid card which on his thread, was possible. And because this was through a prepaid card I have no access to dispute payments for it. The account was later de-activated with no warnings and now I'm just trying to get a response from him. He did agree to refund for the transferwise account and stopped responding after that as he said he's out of the city but I keep seeing him on nulled and at times bumping his thread.

User refunded me $200 for the account, I doubt he even saw this report before refunding which is fair of him.

He told me I'd have to provide ID and he wouldn't provide any help. Basically in his thread reassures you can deposit and withdraw even if your account is de-activated and now tells me i'd basically have to forge fake identifications to get my $500

You got what you paid to me refunded, and the deal is canceled.

You should help him with the retrieval of the funds he sent as your thread states very clearly that the funds send to those accounts are not lost if the account is deactivated.

He can keep the account and the only thing he have to handle is the ID.

Even if they refuse the appeal, he still get the money.

 

 

I have already explained to him that I am out of my city and can't help with anything, and That's why I full refunded him.

It is not cuz of fair or idk what he is saying rn.

 

You can help him with the process, when you have time to do it. If all he has to do is submit his ID and they will refund him, he can do it to get his funds back.

In their TOS I see that if your account is deactivated your balance will be refunded to the funding source. As per the picture that was uploaded above.  https://i.imgur.com/zJewtTI.png 

 

Follow the procedure to request the refund to your original funding source (I think this will be the easiest solution) and this will remain open until you do.

Dude, I clearly said you have to handle the ID, I've been waiting you for 2 days.

Isn't the selfie and ID required the one you used upon registration? If so, it would be your responsibility to come up with the ID at the very least.
