Chicken, vegetables and rice - In WOK

instead of beef it is now chicken

and instead preparing in air fryer today i prepared in wok

 

I cut the chicken into small cubes and added the above spices, olive oil, dark soy sauce and a little lemon juice and left it to stand overnight in the fridge.
First, I put the chicken in the wok, when the meat was soft, I took out the meat and left the liquid in the wok. I put the vegetables in the wok and grilled it in that  liquid until it softened. then returned the meat and mixed everything.
