Beef and Veggies in the Air Fryer

[Zolja]

500gr beef steak, cut into strips
1/2 onion, sliced
1 medium red or yellow or green pepper, sliced
1 carrot, sliced 

 

any vegetables can be used

 

For marinade:

3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
1/4 teaspoons red chili flakes (optional)
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoons sesame oil (or olive oil)
1 teaspoons lemon juice 
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice (optional)

 

Use Ziploc bag or plastic food boxes to mix all together. Leave it 1 hour

 

Cook in the air fryer at 200°C for ~15 minutes (time depends of amount of food and size of air fryer). 

Stir halfway through the process if necessary

 

Serve with rice
