There is one thing I would like to add if it helps. @Fivio you spent 240$ for standard version, that mean you got Xevil 4, it is heavily eating resource and will cause lag, slow over time. And maybe ZIZ's version is Xevil 5, which is much better (it is on beta access, and you have to renew 2 years to get into it). That could explain about misunderstanding of recommending VPS specs
Beside of VPS specs, the proxy list you use for Xevil is one of the important point. Using public proxy, or proxies which were banned by Google = slow. The fastest solving time I saw when Xevil solving OF's recaptcha is 20 seconds.

He did recommend 32gb ram vps, is this the vps you tested it on? If so, show xevil support (if xevil is the issue)
I cant help you with issues with external tools if they are not working as expected, thats their job. ZIZ has to make sure the config works. Thats his job. Getting everything needed and set up is your responsibility.

Please contact xevil support regarding the issues you’re facing (in case theres a setting you could change to improve usage)

Just letting @Fivio know, dedicated servers are the best for xEvil, if you're looking to be able to run 200 threads consistently with no problems, your budget for a server should be atleast $120+ from my experiences.

 

For another captcha-solving solution that doesn't require a powerful VPS, you can use CapMonster Pro and make sure the method of solving is HTTPs, Chrome solving is slower because it is running multiple instances of selenium through the backwards and is what xEvil does. Your CPM also depends on proxies, so make sure you check up on that.. Find proxies that are made for captcha-solving with 99% success rates.

 

Last note, make sure your xEvil is on update v5, it is more enhanced and rapes less of your CPU.
