2. From lifetime warranty I expected that something could happen in the future, not in 1 month. You never expressed yourself that if I get kicked out I would never upgrade my personal account.

So you did know something could happen? 

 

You just assumed that it would happen in the future, and now that you got kicked right away you're mad cuz it wasnt what u had assumed it to be?

Your customer has no reason to research on something that he's purchasing, unless that specific thing is relevant to the use of the thing itself, he would have no reason to research what happens if he's kicked from a family group if he's being given that product without a warning, of course it's your responsibility to warn your customers about potential risks (to the account) before they purchase, with your logic I can sell non-working products and blame the buyers for not researching properly and not knowing the product doesn't work.

Being aware of his requests (he needs to use his personal accounts) and not having warned him about the possible risks, I think a partial refund is appropriate. I am putting myself on your shoes and I think you neeed to dedicate more time on actual customer support and customer satisfaction.

Aside from what I said, I see no malicious intent from your buyer. It makes no sense that he purchases your product, and requests a refund a month later to cause you harm. Mainly because he was also harmed by your service. Refunding him partially would be the smartest thing to do because it makes no sense to consider this premeditated.

I dont see him admitting to anything, as he has nothing to admit, knowing you might need to use the warranty doesn't equal knowing the warranty can't be used on your own personal account again and knowing your account will be banned from joining new family groups for 1 year.

So you did know something could happen? 

 

You just assumed that it would happen in the future, and now that you got kicked right away you're mad cuz it wasnt what u had assumed it to be?

 

As I said, I know how lifetime products are working, but you never stated I couldn't rejoin with the same personal account again.

 

This wouldn't be a big problem if those accounts weren't so important for me, I would've just taken 2 replacements and that's all. Never intended to harm your image, nor your business.

 

For 1 month of service on my personal account I could just taken the 1 free month from youtube everybody have. 

 

I repeat, I assumed that few months later I could get kicked and I can rejoin, I asked in my first ticket if it will last at least 6 months with your lifetime support and so on and you said yes, and not 1 month passed and I can't rejoin with it anything.

Customer bought the product.

Customer read the title and knew that he could get kicked but assumed it wouldnt happen within 1 month.

Customer got kicked after 1 month

Customer is mad and opens a scam report

 

Honestly tho, his reply just proves my point, he just admitted to assuming it would have last him longer.

Just grab the first ticket, put it here.

 

We discussed a lot there. If you are so passive-agressive on all your responses, just put that first ticket here and "end" the discussion. Proove me you said it wouldn't last at least 6 months on this account and if something happens, I can rejoin.

You have the ticket system, doesn't those get stored? I'm 100% sure I asked this because in the beggining, as I stated in my first post I though you just to a crowd-funding.

 

I calculated how much it cost a family share pack and how much would every individual would pay for it. I said, that for 15$, if the account would last at least 6 months it would be the same thing that I would buy this with 5 friends and we'll split even the pack. That's why I asked this specific information in my first ticket, if it would last at least 6 months :)

It's very clear you are not reading anything other than your own posts, the problem is not that he was kicked, the problem is that he can't use his account to get the upgrade anymore (his account was banned from joining other family groups) and therefore it's of no use for him. hence why a partial refund (to pay for your costs and also return his funds for something he has no use for) would be appropriate. 
You can come up with a better solution and he might accept or I might deem it more appropriate, but for the time being that's the only thing I think will be considered a proper solution.
