So I did a pretty high value SE by using a youtube review method (so the company might want me to send it back/ will check if I've done a review on it yet, which i wont be doing), and now they delivered the package to a UPS pickup point, which is a video store. The support guy sent me a tracking number after the package was delivered and I had it delivered to an empty house, which caused me to miss it. So its now at the pickup point. Should I pick it up there or is that too risky? I heard they ask for your ID and stuff? 

I'm not sure what your question is. If your intention was to do a simple DNA, then picking up will never work. They almost always ask for some sort of ID verification, and you'll definitely be on camera anyways. If it's a method that requires some sort of return, then you can always pick up and box/FTID the return.

Secondly, don't run. You're too fat for it, and you really shouldn't do it even if you're skinny. Unless you're on grass or a treadmill, you'll want to walk. Concrete/pavement are hard, so walking is much easier on your body/joints. It'll also be easy on your asthma. Start with 1km every other day, and build up. 1km every other day for Week 1, 2km every other day for Week 2/3, 3km every other day for Week 4/5, 5km every other day from there on. Start at 2/3km if you feel comfortable, but start at 1 if you have to.

Unless it's explicitly required, I wouldn't suggest giving anybody remote access to anything. Doesn't really matter how "trusted" they are in a situation like that. If they can't complete the service without it, I'd go to someone else.
