Stop eating, drink
You buy food without added sugar, salt, fat etc..
You grind it, and you drink it
Doesn't feel as good as chewing on a piece of beef
But it helps when you're on diets
And you can't go from fat to not fat without putting effort into it, you have to stop eating between meals, and to start doing some exercices, like walking, jogging, swimming

Honestly you cant without either a diet or sport. Some easier things would to limit your caloric intake and avoid overly sugary snacks/drinks. Eating less is also important, as limiting caloric intake means less calories to be stored as fat. Of course im no nutritionist so it might be better to ask on of them.

Secondly, don't run. You're too fat for it, and you really shouldn't do it even if you're skinny. Unless you're on grass or a treadmill, you'll want to walk. Concrete/pavement are hard, so walking is much easier on your body/joints. It'll also be easy on your asthma. Start with 1km every other day, and build up. 1km every other day for Week 1, 2km every other day for Week 2/3, 3km every other day for Week 4/5, 5km every other day from there on. Start at 2/3km if you feel comfortable, but start at 1 if you have to.
Third, diet is simple. Diet doesn't mean asparagus and chicken breast, it means don't eat like a trash can. You can eat pizza and ice cream, just eat amounts of it that come in at a caloric deficit. Read labels and use this calculator. https://calculator.m...weight-loss.php
Finally, bitches come and go. Friends are temporary. Learn to be happy with yourself, make yourself better, and those things will come in time.
