Feeling stuck in life and would like some suggestions

Hey guys

 

I am currently at a point in life where I dont know what to do anymore. I will start my PhD in some math heavy field soon and am kinda worried. I used to sell bad things. I love the income and having money a lot and of course do not want to have less financial freedom.

 

So Long Story short I am thinking about carding or something a like to boost my income and stay away from those nasty 24/7 phone calls and all the paranoia. I know that carding does not imply less risk than dealing with coke heads it just seem more like a Thing to do which will not destroy your personal life.

I am honestly too old for this shit.

 

Are there other fields I should give a look into?

Did you stop dealing? That's already very good! Many people don't because of their greed and end up dead/in jail... This road never turns out good for dealers brother. Happy to hear you are changing your life, maybe you should try everything you have on your mind and see what's best for you

Thanks guys. I know what most streetdealers end will be. For me it was just very convenient and easy money as I came from a relatively bad neighborhood and everything attached to it but went to a target school. These kids had money, no connection and little risk of getting caught.

I’m just afraid of being poor again since academia pays shit (post docs in Germany get literally nothing).

If u feeling lost, atleast what I did is find a goal, lets say  its x amount of money. Focus on that, forget everything, social media as well, and move on. When you hit that amount start thinking how to make money work for you. Business/invesments. And don't set a crazy amount lol. Do 5/10/20k.

That’s the problem isn’t it? Making money work for you sounds is easier said than done. I was thinking about investing but I still have to make a living. It’s not that feasible to put 20/30k to work and live comfortable off the returns. I don’t have money from home and teaching classes doesn’t pay the bills.
