Why can't I change Netflix email even from a new Non-Kid profile?

It says ''Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later.''

 

 Any suggestions?  :??:

make new profile or change your ip to the coutntry of netflix if its usa then use usa

exactly the same problem with me. 

netflix kinda wont allow you change email even with new profile

I think you must use a good vpn with the same country as the account owner
