I dont think there are any hacks that work on MAC, but you can try this.
Get WineSkin installer and try to run the hack.exe inside WineSkin.
Sorry if its doesnt work but its worth a shot. aha

The MacGameHacks team released a CSGO hack for mac. Not sure if I'm allowed to post a link here. If not, please edit this out and just PM me for details.
The official site for MGH is csgomachacks.com. They also have one for COD4 (since around 2013) I think.
