Sorry for late reply. It can read as much as 10 million before it runs out of memory as it's a 32bit program. But the amount of hits also determine the memory usage too. So more hits = less lines. 

I can easily make it support 9999m lines with really efficient memory usage, but I just don't see the need for it at the moment. As people don't have more than 1-2m lines per check.
