it's the voucher, i contacted them the kaligo servicing team.

that's good if you do the reservation, it's more hassle free for customer

Got my questions answered and booking was made shortly after payment.

Bought a premium voucher and booking is for next week. Did not need to make any additional payments.
 

Notes:

Premium voucher seems to only cater to hotels around US$90 list price before taxes etc for my area at best. Seems like 50% off. Normal voucher is half that value and could only get shitty or pod hotels. Again, thats for my area, it may vary for yours.

OP will book for you using his email, something I didn't like as I had to give personal information. But understandable as that's the requirement for refund if it gets cancelled.

Got a night's stay. No issues at hotel whatsoever.

Simple review:

1. Ask OP for which rewards it is so you can browse exactly which hotels are available for the vouchers he has
2. Don't expect high end hotels even for the premium one (might be different for your area)
3. Had to provide OP with my name and phone number as he made the booking for me under his email address (OP claims its to ensure its done right and he will offer refund if it fails only if its booked by him)
4. Made a phone call to the hotel few hours after OP forwarded the confirmation email to check if it is indeed booked and yep it was
5. Checked in with no issues
6. Did not need to provide credit card at the counter since everything was paid for by the voucher
7. Checked out with no issues

My two-cents: Idk how safe this is or how it was obtained (probably cracking?), you might not want to do this for your goddamn honeymoon or an overseas trip, it just ain't worth that risk. Probably better to use it on a last minute local getaway.
