Forbid new members/leechers to quote

While I like to receive a notification when I'm quoted on a sales thread or a support thread, I certainly dislike being quoted by leechers with 0 leecher level, 0 like, 0 shares to this forum.

It is essentially for the people abusing the quoting feature of Nulled, a way to leech even more efficiently. They just have to "Quote" and "Post".

 

I'm not exactly sure how it could be implemented, but I'm sure a solution can be found to reduce this. For example to not count the "quote" as characters and require additional text. Or more radicaly, simply forbid grey users to quote on certain sections (combos, dumps, leaks, etc...), until their leecher level is high enough.

 

I'm open to some suggestion or tricks to avoid being spammed with pointless notifications.

I agree with making the leecher value higher in order to quote. I quote people in conversations on other parts of the forum though, so it would be kind of gay if the function was completely removed for grey names.
