Just ignore it lol, ofc it is better to use VPN while torrenting, but unless your internet provider will call you up about this or sth like that, you can ignore these notices.
Also, when someone will ask you about it, you just say that someone used wifi or accessed your internet network and downloaded the movie or whatever, just don't say that you actually did it to your internet provider

Those DMCA notices are almost always harmless and can be avoided entirely (without paying for a VPN) by simply switching to private trackers. VPNs are useful for other reasons, though, so if you want to use one, I'd still recommend.

in the EU they sometimes really go for the people that torrent sometimes even just for one video
had friends get letters from lawyers that wanted them to pay like 800€ per movie
