Additional Information: I wanted to purchase Expedia accounts from him. He quoted 700$, which was 25% rather than 10% that was advertized. He claimed expedia changed things around. He initially asked for 250$ up front but reduced to $100 to prevent me from using an MM. He refused an MM (Lucas), which should have been a red flag, however, foolishly I went with him as his reason was he needed funds to purchase VCC. Vouches alone cannot be trusted - lesson learned.

but next time if someone says no for MM, don't do deal. It is nulled, you will find tons of people offering that service.

 

and when he said to buy vcc, I won't spend my money on it. ---> This line confirms he is -iq. Because you would have paid for it when involving Lucas so it would always be your money used to buy it.

Very true. Honestly, I got lured in with those 2 vouch posts in his thread. Not dealing without MM anymore unless I'm sure. Lesson learned.
