Yes please keep bumping my thread because it's almost 2 months ago, and still shit has happened.

During the black friday sale, users would get credited 1 bird award pr 10 credits.
One of my transaction were bugged, and after weeks of contacting I finally got my 23 credits - but not the awards.

I've been told to contact @finndev but as we all know he doesn't reply to pm's. And yes I did pm him, weeks ago.
And Shoppy support via email, do not provide support for this so don't bother telling me to contact them.

This is my last resort to get what i paid for. I am supposed to get 2 awards according to my calculations.

Your calculations say you should have received 2 bird awards because you bought 23 credits? you bought them at once, or in 2 different transactions? 
The bird award was given for each transaction (singular) over 10 credits (10 euro)

 

so if you bought 2x10 credits, yes, you should have received 2.

Otherwise, if you purchased 23 at once, you should get one award only.

 

Please confirm the number of transactions to me on a PM.
