Never got my awards

During the black friday sale, users would get credited 1 bird award pr 10 credits.
One of my transaction were bugged, and after weeks of contacting I finally got my 23 credits - but not the awards.

I've been told to contact @finndev but as we all know he doesn't reply to pm's. And yes I did pm him, weeks ago.
And Shoppy support via email, do not provide support for this so don't bother telling me to contact them.

This is my last resort to get what i paid for. I am supposed to get 2 awards according to my calculations.

Bro please read. I said one of my transactions were bugged. I did multiple purchases that day - just like many other people.
I got those 3 awards for the actual succesful orders that day. But the order that were bugged i didn't. I just recently got the credits for it, but not my awards.
