Well i have been using the account since more than 3 months its fully verified and got no problems upto december 31 since jan 1 all my sales through shoppy are on hold and when someone sends me through mail in discord or in direct messages iam receiving it without any problem only shoppy sales are on hold i even changed the account but same happened in the new account tooo

 

please help me what to do all the documents i submitted are completely verified and issued by government and my original only
