having this issue with my asus laptop the solutions i found on the net doesnt work sadly
tried to go back to windows 8 but got an error

Wait so after your BIOS starts you only get a black screen?
when starting the pc the logo appears and after some time like loading (no windows logo or anything sign) i get a cursor and a black screen with loading sign sometimes

Go to bios and change the boot sequence.
Make sure that the correct hard drive is selected

If you got a cursor then I think you are loaded into windows, it could be your hard drive failing, if that's the case you have to get another hdd.
