The scam report, initially, had no bases. It was pointless from the start. Then you decided to be stupid, and refused to pay him 1$ for his partial work. My time is worth more than that. Your time should be worth more than that too. Refusing to settle a deal over 1$ is the lowest I’ve seen in terms of stupidity. You earned a DWC simply because you are not reliable and it shows very clearly in the way you respond. In order to settle this, you can pay the 1$, and the DWC will be removed at staffs discretion depending on how much longer you decide to waste our time for.
