The layout choice for the.. Well whatever that thing in the front is, is a tad confusing though. Is it an image on the shirt the guy is wearing? Or is it a ref for something I'm not getting.
If it's an image on the shirt, then adding some shadows to imply folds would help a lot. And maybe add some lines to indicate a collar just below the point where the hands touch.
You can still leave the actual edge of the shirt and torso undefined and retain the overall look, but some bit of extra detail on the fabric would make the image pop out better and be easier to read. At least in my mind.
Oh, and hands are tough and you did a pretty good job here, but the nail on the middle finger on the left side looks slightly wrong. Like the angle does not fit with the flow of the lines of the fingers shape, if you catch my drift. Hands are tough like I said, and I know from personal experience how easy it is to miss little details like that, one gets blind to such details after working on the shapes for long enough. A fresh pair of eyes tends to help with that.
But yeah, still a nice drawing all the same.
