Money got taken from the account due to the fact that you did break User agreement shit thingy.
And therefore they take your money for the damages that you apperantly caused.
In other terms they take your money because they think you are bad bad man and you dont deserve it anymore.

No one should keep that much money in their PayPal account Gaypal are the biggest scammers in the world.
