Put DWC I'm writing up a report
I approached asking if he had 320 usd btc to sell and he sends me his tos and tells me he can do it.
He wanted the payment sent to 2 different paypal in halves, after sending first 167.50 I felt iffy and asked him to pay me half of the btc and he said he cannot break his tos and send it to me because we agreed on 320 deal? wtf so from this point I got sketched and demanded that he pay me and he goes on to say you saw my tos right? it might take 12 hours for me to send btc, i'm stocking up right now will send later when I have. ???????? WTF why not start with oh I don't have btc right now but when I do I can def exchange for you. Now I'm requesting the refund of 167.50 sent back to my paypal or the 160 usd btc sent, he said he will when he stocks and keeps telling me to calm down its only 167.
