Amount scammed: $30

Additional Information: The tool is working, but i was hoping in Warranty capture (there are milion free configs, checkers without warranty) - I was assured it checks warranty. The tool captures only "Join date"  not warranty. I already explain the seller where to check warranty (https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/warranty) but the seller doesnt want to edit the tool or refund.

 

It evaluates warranty only by the join date, which is bullshit and doesnt have anything in common with warranty, because cracked acc could be upgraded/refreshed (Joined in 2014, but bought new device added 2019 and the tool would evaluate it without warranty) or it could have 1 year warranty more added etc.

Join date is 2014 - but its join date for the fitbit page. But it has warranty for 100% since versa 2 was released 2019.

@VRX if there is a way to actually check the warranty and you promised warranty capture then it’s obvious it has to be through that page. You can refund him or add the warranty capture as advertised.

Also this implies you edit your thread that falsely advertised warranty checking, so that it states it has join date checking instead. The join date doesn’t determine warranty. Maybe in the old days, when there were 3 or 4 devices in total, but not now.

He never asked me about the warranty capture before purchasing the product. He just asked about bans which I explained him.

Anyways, The checker seperates the accounts as warranty when the accounts has been created under 365 days. 

%90 of the accounts are in warranty mosty, there might been the 10% who upgraded.

Since hes not gonna use all of theese accounts it make no sense to Refund him the whole product.

 

He gave me a website where u can "Actually" check if its in warranty. I've checked the website and tried it.

While Filing for a claim it required to pass through a recaptcha which would not be possible to check without any Captcha solvation provider.

Also this website doesn't shows you if the device is in warranty or not, it lets you select your device and file a warranty claim for you band and not for the device.

Also the websites wants pictures and additional infos about the product.

this wall of text is completely unnecessary. It’s simple. You offer warranty checking. But it’s actually join date. You are unclear on your thread (doesn’t say that anywhere). Thread can be misunderstood as there’s an actual way to check warranty.

If the page he gave you doesn’t display warranty status on devices, then you shouldn’t refund him. Does it? Or does it not?

Even in screenshots there is shown i asked about warranty on discord. Its in your Topic name, thread post, discord. I asked you also about refunding or editing tool, i was polite to you too. You told me you arent going to do anything that so i made scam report.

 

Yes it says file a claim for a band, but it means the whole device is in warranty. You can test it with accounts with 100% success (Not 80, not 90% like your checker). 

There is no form to fill to claim new device but the page tells actually tells you if it is in warranty. Even the page name is Warranty. Please dont act like a fool and act politely. Its 100% Accurate checking method and you can test it on your own. It is warranty checking method, not joined date method like you offered.

Considering you can remove his hwid or blacklist him, I think the best way to settle this is to fully refund him and to blacklist his hwid.
