Considering you can remove his hwid or blacklist him, I think the best way to settle this is to fully refund him and to blacklist his hwid.

 

On this tool I can't the auth rights are on animucracku. Just to be clear my opinion would be not a refund for this. SInce he received the files and there is a risk of leaking.

I think i already proved it. I can give you for example the versa 2 acc with 2014 join date which your checker would indicate it as expired. Tell me what you need and i will prove it. Also you are free to try it on your own.

Warranty status is if there is a device showed here (youre making yourself even worse by questioning if i have whole conversation screenshotted - can add it here. I already explained you on discord. So warranty check is Yes/No.

Leaking what ? Leaking free tools ? There are next 20 free checkers and configs which do exacly the same as yours.

Sir, Animu is busy and I told him to transfer the auth rights to me. He said on the 23th december. Even if I would remove the rights he could easily devirtulise the tool and remove auth and since the auth is bypassable too. I dont agree to a refund for this thats why im still replyin to this. He can’t show me if the website shows the warranty status or not, he is still repeating him self over and over. As you said too If it dont shows I dont need to refund him.

Show him where it shows warranty information so that he can check how it’s possible to add it to his program. It shouldn’t have any complicated “submit a picture of serial to validate” or a form. It has to be plain and clear.
